Pan Fried Cutlets

Pan Fried Beef Cutlet

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chisholm Trail Grass-fed Beef Cutlets

  • 2-3 eggs

  • Olive oil

  • Almond flour

  • Montreal seasoning

Preparation

Step 1 - Put eggs in shallow pan and beat.

 

Step 2 - Put almond flour in shallow plate or pan.

 

Step 3 - Heat skillet with 3-4 Tbsp olive oil.

 

Step 4 - Dip cutlets in egg and dredge in almond flour.

 

Step 5 - Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning.

 

Step 6 - Put in hot skillet and cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
