Ingredients

Two 8 oz. Chisholm Trail Ribeye Steaks

2-4 Tbsp worcestershire

2 Tsp olive oil
-
1-3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Montreal seasoning
Preparation
Step 1 - Mix marinade ingredients in shallow bowl or Ziplock bag.
Step 2 - Spread Montreal seasoning on both sides of the steak.
Step 3 - Marinate for 1 hour (or overnight if possible).
Step 4 - Place the steaks on a medium grill for two minutes on each side.
Step 5 - Move from direct heat to indirect heat.
Step 6 - Grill 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Longer for medium.
Step 7 - Remove and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
