2 - 3 lb Chisholm Trail Grass-fed Chuck Roast

Mushroom soup (Our favorite Geoffrey Zakarian’s Creamless Mushroom Soup. It is simple to make and amazingly delicious. You can use your own recipe or pre-made soups as well.)

Carrots
-
Fresh green beans
-
Potatoes
-
Other veggies of your choice
Preparation
Step 1 - Take a chuck, rump, arm and/or round roast and put it in the crock pot.
Step 2 - Cover it with 2/3 of a batch of mushroom soup.
Step 3 - Cook the roast on high for 4-5 hours.
Step 4 - Add carrots, fresh green beans, potatoes other veggies of your choice.
Step 5 - Add more mushroom soup. The amount will vary depending on the size of the roast(s) and the water content of each.
Step 6 - Let cook on low for two more hours.
Step 7 - Serve. It is delicious and even more so the second time. We always make enough to have leftovers.
