Philly Cheese Steak

Ingredients

  • Chisholm Trail Grass-fed Beef Rump or Round Roast     

  • Olive oil     

  • Large onion     

  • Red and yellow peppers     

  • Provolone cheese     

  • Hoagie rolls

Preparation

Step 1 - Take frozen Chisholm Trail Grassfed Rump or Round Roast and thaw slightly. 

 

Step 2 - Cut the roast into very thin slices.

 

Step 3 - Grill peppers and onions in olive oil.

 

Step 4 - Lightly toast the hoagie rolls.

 

Step 5 - Season beef with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

 

Step 6 - Add olive oil to skillet on medium heat.

Step 7 - Saute beef for 2 – 3 minutes.

Step 8 - Place in hoagie roll and top with provolone cheese, peppers and onions to top.

Step 9 - Toast another 1 minute to melt the cheese.
